Our office will submit all insurance claims/billing to any individual PPO insurance company as a courtsey to our patients.  We are contracted as a specialty group with Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare insurance companies.  Please inform the office if your insurance covers Annual Routine Screenings once a year so you receive the maximum benefit yearly.
